Accommodation: This apartment has 2 bedrooms with direct views of the tropical garden, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living space and dining room. Direct access to the community pool in the back garden gate. The apartment is in mint condition with a beautiful decoration. It is also equipped with an electronic air conditioning and has a private parking.

Lounge: The living area is very bright with another terrace overlooking the tropical garden with beautiful shrubs (olive, cycad, bougainvillea, citrus, etc:)

There is a comfortable lounge with beautiful neutral decor and a light, bright and modern feel with the bonus of large patio doors leading out onto a large terrace, a great place to sit and soak up the sun or enjoy the cool evening breeze. The lounge also has a very useful dining area ideal for entertaining.

Kitchen: There is a fully fitted modern black and white kitchen with hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave/oven and washing machine. It also has beautiful granite worksurfaces.

The property offers great outdoor space with a beautiful very well kept garden with rock wall features, decking areas for sun loungers and general seating and a range of fruit trees and shrubs. A wonderful private space.

VALLE DEL ESTE RESORT - MUCH SOUGHT AFTER GOLF RESORT

Features include spa and golf club, picturesque setting in eastern Almería. Other facilities include a sports club.

The Valle Del Este Golf Resort’s18-hole golf course is circled by a scenic, 9km walkway.

On Vera Beach there is also a beach club with a swimming pool and sailing school.

The Valle del Este offers guests free access to its spa and gym. This includes rain showers, a sauna, Turkish shower and a hot tub.

There is a buffet restaurant offering international cuisine and views of the golf course. There is also a poolside grill restaurant and a beach restaurant within the grounds. Easy access to the motorway and close to a selection of beautiful beaches and harbours.

The Vera Aquapark is a 15-minute drive away from the Golf Resort. The hotel is conveniently located just off the A-7 Motorway, which runs along Spain’s Mediterranean coastline.

Mojacar Camels: Local attraction for the family. These camels spend most of the summer on Mojácar Playa. The owners offer camel rides next to the beach in front of Hotel Marina Playa. During winter the camel herd lives on the Camel Farm close by. Enjoy a camel ride and join the 23 dromedaries on the farm. Why not take a picnic with you and have a great adventure. There is plenty of space to entertainment the children whilst you sit and enjoy the hot summer sun. The rides last 45 minutes.
