Within walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and the promenade, this villa is spread over two floors and has four bedrooms with three bathrooms . Golf is located on Mojacar Playa and it is a golf course with character: nine of the holes are situated perfectly and directly at the beach on flat terrain and the second nine are situated on the other side of a hill, with a different view and climate. Here the spectacular and difficult tee-offs are especially notable.

Other local attraction are superb restaurants, Vera Aqua Park, selection of golf resorts, Mini Hollywood.
