This is a charming, penthouse apartment located on a well looked after complex with communal pool, with some wonderful outdoors space and views over the pool area. The Urbanizacion is located in Vera Playa , meaning that you are within walking distance of amenities such as bars, restaurants and shops which are located just around the corner and the beach is a short 5 minute walk away. You are also able to walk into the village of Garrucha within 10 minutes where you will find an array of bars & restaurants.

Lounge: Spacious with a 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs along with dining table and chairs plus there are patio doors that lead to the external terrace with veiws of the communal swimming pool there is room for table and 2 chairs.

The complex has its own communal pool. There is a bus transfer point at the corner of the complex for Almeria airport and an hourly bus to vera, Mojacar and Garrucha. There is also bicycle hire just around the corner. With a beautiful promenade to cycle to Garrucia with lovely bars, restaurants & cafes along the port.

The complex is gated and is a 5 minute walk to all the beach amenities. It is only 5 minute walk to Garrucha, a lovely Spanish fisher-town and has a multitude of shops, bars, restaurants and banks along with the harbour and marina. Another local village to this lovely apartment is Villaricos which is a traditional Spanish coastal town and has a bustling Sunday market .

Local Golf:

Golf is located on Mojacar Playa which has a golf course with character: nine of the holes are situated perfectly and directly at the beach on flat terrain and the second nine are situated on the other side of a hill, with a different view and climate. Here the spectacular and difficult tee-offs are especially notable.

Mojacar Camels: Local attraction for the family.

These camels spend most of the summer on Mojacar Playa. The owners offer camel rides next to the beach in front of Hotel Marina Playa. during winter the camel herd lives on the Camel Farm close by. Enjoy a camel ride and join the 23 dromedaries on the farm. Why not take a picnic with you and have a great adventure. There is plenty of space to entertainment the children whilst you sit and enjoy the hot summer sun. The rides last 45 minutes.

Other local attractions are, several superb restaurants, Vera Aqua Park, selection of golf resorts, Mini Hollywood.
