The property is situated in a popular residential area of the sought-after coastal resort of Mojacar Playa. The location of the property means that you are within a quick walk from numerous amenities including bars, restaurants, shops and more, as well as the fantastic local beaches, or a quick bus ride or drive to the wide range of further bars, shops etc. that the area has to offer.
